What is the difference between Kali and BlackArch?

What is the difference between Kali and BlackArch? Kali is Debian-based and BlackArch is obviously Arch-based. This in itself is a clear statement. Just look at the properties of the two systems. Debian aims at using free software instead of non-free (proprietary) .
